FACES of Senior Clinicians

We are a group of senior clinicians who are heavily involved in clinical care and supervision across the hospitals who see ourselves as:

  • Approachable.

  • Willing to listen and act on any issue faced by individuals or groups of junior doctors.

We aim to offer a confidential and responsive additional pathway to the current network of supervisors, Medical Education Unit staff and colleagues. We hope to promote alternate avenues to escalate issues in a way that is less rigid and daunting than the traditional methods, acting to discretely address concerns and change culture. We meet with the Charlie’s RMO Society regularly to discuss issues faced in our hospitals but can be contacted through switch at any time. Or, email us at the standard WA health email (firstname.lastname@health.wa.gov.au).

Get to know us and we would love to get to know you.

Alternatively, you can always reach out to the RMO Society Wellbeing Officer for help and advice at wellbeing@charliesrmosociety.org

Or, send us an anonymous message with our message in a bottle service.
